NEW STADIUM SURVEY LAUNCHED
The Arsenal Independent Supporters’ Association (AISA) is asking Arsenal fans for their views on the exciting new stadium the Gunners are set to build at Ashburton Grove.
AISA has drawn up a survey for fans to fill out on a whole range of issues regarding the new 60,000-seater arena.
AISA chair, Steven Powell said: "We feel this survey will be of great value for the club and, importantly, the thousands of fans who will pass through the new stadium's turnstiles.
"It makes perfect sense to ask fans NOW what they want and how the club can make things better at the new site - then we will all benefit from seeing fans enjoying a world-class team in a world-class stadium. AISA wants to help Arsenal in any way it can to make it a huge success.
"Ambitious? You bet. What’s the point in aiming for second best?”
Thousands of copies of the survey are being distributed in fanzines and by AISA members. Issues raised include ticket availability and pricing, stadium naming rights, safety, entertainment and atmosphere.
AISA will collate the findings and discuss the results with the club.
Fans can obtain a copy of the survey from here (pdf), or write to AISA, 11 Tannington Terrace, Gillespie Road, London N5 1LE.
Surveys will also be distributed outside the stadium before home first-team fixtures and in fanzines: The Gooner, Highbury High and Gunflash.
